Ilda Clippers swim team reps Susan Albertson and Deb Bissen, and dive team rep Kevin Grottle, are busy planning for the team's summer 2008 swim and dive seasons . . . will you be on board to join them?

Many of our experienced swimmers have been involved in winter swim programs this year, some swimming with the Potomac Marlins, and others through the Ilda program at the JCC, which has been led this year by head coach Angie Niezgoda, and assisted by Laura Hoover, Gabe Thomas, and Keri Hoover.  We're looking forward to seeing all of our swimmers back in the water, and hoping to recruit new neighborhood swimmers to our team - help spread the word to your friends and neighbors!

Did you know that a recent study found that children in the United States gain up to three times more weight during the summer holidays than during the school year?  Think about the adults and how the winter treated them.  What a good reason to sign your kids up for Ilda's swim team.  Our daily practices will help them stay healthy, while they're having fun!
